- Your Data is Yours: We do not claim ownership over the personal projects, photos, or logs you create in our apps.
- Community Respect is Required: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for hate speech, harassment, sexually explicit content, and illegal activities across all our platforms.
- App Usage: Our applications are intended for personal, non-commercial use unless you are operating an explicitly authorized entity (such as a public-facing page).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any 3 Beans Studio product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our products.
2. Use of Our Applications
Our applications are provided for personal, non-commercial use, except where explicitly authorized (such as managing a public-facing page). You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our apps
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Use our apps in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international laws
3. User Content & License
You retain ownership of all content you upload or create within our applications. However, by publishing content publicly or through interactive features (such as a public page), you grant 3 Beans Studio a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely for operating, promoting, and improving the Service.
4. Prohibited Content and Conduct
You are solely responsible for the content you post or manage. 3 Beans Studio strictly prohibits any content or behavior that includes or promotes:
- Harassment & Abuse: Bullying, stalking, threatening, or intimidating other users or entities.
- Hate Speech: Discrimination, hate speech, or promotion of violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, age, nationality, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
- Illegal Activities: Content promoting illegal goods, services, or unlawful acts.
- Explicit Content: Sexually explicit material, pornography, or graphic violence.
- Spam & Misinformation: Fraudulent schemes, unauthorized advertising, or impersonation of other entities, creators, or 3 Beans Studio administrators.
5. Public Pages and Authentication
Certain applications developed by 3 Beans Studio may allow you to create and manage public-facing pages (e.g., Studio pages) to broadcast updates and news. To create these public entities, you may be required to authenticate using an approved third-party service (such as Google Sign-In). By creating a public page, you agree that:
- You are an authorized representative of the entity you claim to represent.
- All announcements and media posted under your page strictly comply with Section 4 (Prohibited Content).
- You will not use your channel to harvest personal information from followers without explicit consent.
- 3 Beans Studio reserves the right to revoke, reassign, or ban public pages in cases of terms violations, trademark disputes, or inactivity.
6. Content Moderation and Enforcement
We actively enforce safety on our platform. 3 Beans Studio reserves the right, but is not obligated, to monitor, review, or remove any content at our sole discretion.
Because some of our applications do not utilize traditional user accounts, our enforcement actions may target the public-facing pages themselves. We operate a zero-tolerance policy for severe violations: any public page found violating these terms may be immediately suspended or permanently banned and removed from the platform without prior notice.
Users can report objectionable content or abusive behavior directly within our apps or by contacting moderation@3beansstudio.com.
7. Intellectual Property
The names, logos, interface designs, and all associated content of 3 Beans Studio and its applications are the intellectual property of 3 Beans Studio. All rights reserved.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our applications are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. 3 Beans Studio makes no guarantees regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3 Beans Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our apps.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our applications after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
